Our senior section are aged between 11 and 14 years.
We generally have around 20 Seniors in our Company.
We wear a uniform consisting of a white shirt with blue tie, navy skirt, navy
sweatshirt,
white socks or black tights, and black shoes.
Senior Circles
Senior badges are called Circles. There are three Circles to
be earned (one per year), each involving a minimum of three and a half hours
teaching. Each Circle is split into four sections; Spiritual, Physical,
Educational and Service. All four sections need to be completed
receive the badge.
Attendance Awards
Girls can also gain attendance awards in the form of badges which are pinned
to
the armband along with the Circles: -
Apart from badge work, the girls undertake many other activities, such as
craft, games, outings, etc. The Seniors are also invited to our annual Summer Camp, when we go away for
five days with the Juniors, Seniors and Brigaders. At Christmas, we either hold a Fun Night, which may involve us having a disco
or taking an outing somewhere. In July, we hold a Display and Awards Evening, when the Seniors all take part
in an
item in the Display, and also receive any badges they have worked for all year
and
any shields they have been awarded. We then round off the year with an end of year party, with food and games.
