INCLUDED IN THE FEES ABOVE:

Normal heating and lighting and the use of the Kitchenette (Fellowship Hall)

Pianos (Welcome Hall, Fellowship Hall, Main Auditorium)
Keyboard (Friendship Lounge)

EXTRAS:

While we try to keep costs down as far as possible, there are a few things which we regard as 'extras'.  There is a one-off charge for each hiring, and the cost includes having the equipment demonstrated before the first time of use.  This is because we need to know that the people using our equipment are competent at using it and we want your visit to be an enjoyable one!

MAIN CONDITIONS:

1. Bookings must be made in writing, using the booking form.
2. The hirer is responsible for cleaning up after the letting period, and for any breakages that occur.  Chairs & tables must be returned to their storage place, and checks made that all taps, lights, etc. are turned off. 
3.  The hirer is responsible for the return of the keys as arranged.
4.  Alcohol is not allowed on the premises.
5.  Smoking is strictly forbidden in the building or anywhere on the premises
6.  For private functions, one half of the booking fee must accompany the signed booking form, with the balance paid on or before the day of the event.
7. In the event of cancellation, 25% is due if the notice is 2 weeks or less, 50% if less than 7 days and the full amount if 24 hours or less notice is given.
8.  Bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours
9.  A fee will be charged if the fire alarms are set off, to cover the cost of re-setting (currently we are charged £75).
10.  NOTHING is to be fixed to the walls by sellotape, blu-tack, drawing pins or any similar product.  Notices may only be pinned to the blue fabric screens which are available in the Welcome Hall and then the notices may be left for the period of the Letting only.
11.  It is advisable for the hirer to take out appropriate insurance.
